We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and eligible for programs that provide donation matching. We accept in-kind donations for sponsorship at an agreed dollar amount. We will provide a donation receipt letter for your records.

We can guarantee benefits like trailer, signage, bottle, and apparel placement for sponsorship commitments received June through September. Due to print deadlines, placement will be more limited for sponsorship commitments October through May.

The cost covers the entire season and pays for:

  • NICA + NorCal registration fees
  • Food at races and team events
  • Practice jersey
  • Water bottle
  • Insurance, travel, and operation costs
  • Coach licensing and training

Does not include:

  • Race registration fees (about $50 per race, $200 total)
  • Race kit (one-time purchase about $125)
